In the event that you find yourself experiencing COVID-19 symptoms you can cancel and request a refund up until November 1, 2023.

**To request a refund, you must email refunds@sharedhope.org and provide the attendee’s name, the purchaser’s name, the ticket order number and an address to send the check. If your billing address has changed since the time of purchase, please provide your updated address. All refunds will be subject to a $20 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued by check within 30 days of request.

Registrations will NOT be processed without full payment. In the event that you need an invoice to complete your registration, payments must be received no later than 60 days after your invoice date. If funds are not received within 60 days of your invoice date, your invoiced registrations will be released to the waiting list. Once 60 days is within 30 days of the event, payment processing will be managed on an individual basis. NOTE: Receipt of an invoice does not guarantee you or the listed attendees’ seats at the conference. Seats are guaranteed when your receipt of payments is confirmed by our financial headquarters, and invoiced attendees have successfully completed an online registration form.

No children under the age of 18 will be admitted to event. If you are bringing a guest with you to enjoy Washington, DC but not necessarily the Conference, additional Networking Tickets can be purchased with your registration.

All badges can be picked up on-site.

Presentation materials shared and distributed by presenters are for reference only and are not to be redistributed or repurposed without explicit written permission granted by the presenter(s). Any statements made and/or language used by presenters may not necessarily reflect the views or policies of Shared Hope International.

Consent for Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at or participation in the JuST Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit event organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s image or voice in photographs, videos and other electronic reproductions of such events.

Photography and videography of the JuST Conference is strictly prohibited. A professional photographer will capture Event Management approved photos.

Unless you request otherwise, JuST Conference and Shared Hope International may contact you with promotions via e-mail, direct mail and/or telephone. If you do not wish to receive communications from the JuST Conference and Shared Hope International, contact brittany@sharedhope.org. Event Management will not use or transfer personally identifiable information provided to it in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.

Shared Hope International reserves the right to decline registration at its discretion.
